Energy Crops

The Energy Crops group has been established to promote, support and develop the energy crops industry across the Island of Ireland, representing both the growers and businesses involved. The group’s activities operate across the whole supply chain, from field to furnace, to facilitate the growth of a robust and mature energy crops industry. The group will act as a voice to policy makers, campaigning for new and continued government support to remove barriers and avail of opportunities for industry development. It will work to increase knowledge in the sector, through information events, demonstrations, reports and press articles.
